These terms apply when you access bgraph.io, read BGraph Research, inspect synthetic samples, follow external links, or submit an inquiry. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website content describes possible products, methods, delivery formats, safeguards, and research. It is not a binding offer, warranty of coverage, or commitment to provide a dataset. Coverage, fields, rights, geography, cadence, pricing, and delivery must be verified for a defined request.

A purchase, license, data partnership, research engagement, trial, or production delivery requires a separate written agreement. That agreement may include product specifications, permitted uses, restrictions, security terms, retention, deletion, service levels, fees, and data protection terms. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Files labelled synthetic are created to demonstrate structure and workflow. They do not represent real individuals, current BGraph coverage, customer results, event volume, country availability, or production quality. Do not use them as a market benchmark or production dataset.

You may use the public website for lawful evaluation, research, citation, and business communication. You must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, overload forms or endpoints, introduce malicious code, misrepresent BGraph materials, attempt to obtain non-public data, or use the website for unlawful activity.

BGraph Research may analyze public material from third parties. Source links are provided for inspection. Third-party content remains subject to its own terms, methods, corrections, and availability. A BGraph interpretation does not imply endorsement by the original publisher.

The BGraph name, site design, original copy, research presentation, product descriptions, taxonomies, and documentation are protected to the extent permitted by law. You may quote limited portions with clear attribution and a link. No website access transfers ownership or grants a data license.

You confirm that you are authorized to submit inquiry information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not send credentials, live personal browsing records, private prompts, sensitive information, confidential third-party material, or production data through a website form or unsolicited email.

The website is provided on an as-available basis. BGraph may correct, remove, restrict, or update content without preserving every prior version. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BGraph disclaims implied warranties concerning website availability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BGraph is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance losses arising only from use of the public website or synthetic samples. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
