Website privacy notice
This notice covers visits to bgraph.io and information submitted through its data request form. It does not describe a customer's dataset, which is governed by separate product documentation and contract terms.
Information processed when you visit
BGraph does not intentionally use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this website at this time. The hosting provider may process basic technical logs, such as IP address, request time, browser information, and requested URL, to deliver and secure the service.
To limit automated or repeated form submissions, the application converts the connecting IP address into a salted, hourly changing hash and stores the hash, request count, and expiry time. The application database does not store the source IP in this rate-limit record. Entries expire after two hours and expired records are removed during later form activity.
When you contact us
If you use the request form or email BGraph, we receive the information you choose to send. The form requests contact and company details, buyer profile, country, data interest, industry, use case, intended use, markets, approximate scale, delivery format, cadence, history window, timeline, and optional additional requirements.
Do not submit personal browsing data, private prompts, or sensitive information. We use inquiry information to respond, assess a possible service, prepare a relevant sample, route an internal email notification, and maintain business records.
Sharing and transfers
Inquiry and website information may be processed by hosting, security, database, and email providers acting under their own terms or our instructions. Processing locations may differ from your country. Appropriate transfer terms and safeguards should be used where required.
Retention and security
Inquiry records, contact messages, and technical logs should be kept only as long as needed for security, business communication, legal obligations, or dispute handling. Reasonable technical and organisational controls should protect that information.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about processing. You may also have a right to complain to a privacy regulator.

Changes
If BGraph adds analytics or other website data collection, this notice should be updated before or when that change goes live.
