Service providers
This list covers confirmed third-party services used for BGraph business correspondence. Production infrastructure and customer-specific data processors are documented only after the relevant provider and processing activity are confirmed.
How to read this list
A provider appears here only after BGraph confirms that the service is used and identifies the information it may receive. A platform used to build or preview a website is not treated as permanent BGraph infrastructure.
The legal role of a provider depends on the processing activity, BGraph role, and applicable contract. Listing a provider does not mean that it receives every category of data or participates in every customer engagement.
Current providers
Google Workspace
- Purpose
- Business email reception, storage, and internal handling of messages sent to BGraph mailboxes.
- Data involved
- Inquiry contact details, company and scope fields, sender and recipient details, message content, metadata, and attachments a sender chooses to provide.
- Location
- Processing locations and transfers follow the applicable Google Workspace agreement and account configuration.
Production infrastructure
Hosting, database, CDN, analytics, CRM, file-transfer, delivery, and support providers will be added only after the production provider and deployment configuration are confirmed.
This page does not turn a temporary development or preview platform into a BGraph service provider.
Customer datasets
This public list does not authorize BGraph to place production customer or partner data into the listed service. Source rights, roles, data categories, delivery systems, localization, transfers, retention, and processor terms must be confirmed for the specific product.
A customer dataset may require a separate processor list, data processing agreement, delivery environment, or localization commitment.
Updates and objections
The revision date at the top identifies the current public list. Contract customers may receive a separate notice process under their agreement. Questions or reasonable data-protection concerns can be sent to hello@bgraph.io.
