Accessibility at BGraph

BGraph aims to make its public website usable with a keyboard, screen reader, browser zoom, and common mobile assistive settings. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the current working target. This page is a status statement, not a certification.

What we test

Representative pages are checked for keyboard navigation, visible focus, landmarks, headings, form labels, error messages, color contrast, zoom and reflow, reduced motion, responsive layout, and crawler-readable content.

The current review covers the homepage, a product page, an industry page, a use-case guide, a research article, the data request form, the data partner page, and the trust center.

Current improvements

The August 2026 review corrected low-contrast labels on light backgrounds, improved the semantics of page navigation and form guidance, added intrinsic logo dimensions, and removed accessible names that did not match visible brand text.

Text inputs use a 16 pixel base size, form labels use a 13 pixel minimum, keyboard focus remains visible, and mobile layouts are checked for horizontal overflow.

Known limits

The data request form is intentionally detailed because delivery scope and permitted use must be reviewed. It may take longer to complete than a simple contact form. Fields are grouped and labelled, and buyers can select "Not sure yet" where the scope is not final.

The site does not currently offer a dedicated high-contrast theme. Core text and controls are tested for minimum contrast in the published light theme.

Report a problem

If a page is difficult to use, email hello@bgraph.io. Include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, the browser or assistive technology used, and a short description of the problem.

BGraph will use the report to reproduce the issue and prioritize a practical fix. Do not include sensitive personal information.
